Regulation of RNA Polymerase II-transcribed genes

Our lab is interested in understanding how post-translational modifications of the RNA polymerase II (pol II) CTD domain regulate transcription and co-transcriptional processes of protein-coding genes and small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs).
